Returns + Exchanges

We offer exchanges and store credit only within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds unless your order arrived with damaged items or an incorrect item was sent.

To start an exchange, visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. You'll need your order number or tracking number and the email address or zip code used at checkout.

What Qualifies

  • Wrong size or change of mind — We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, or issue store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Defective or damaged item — If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost to you or offer you a full refund. Please submit your request through the Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.
  • Wrong item received — If we made an error and sent the wrong product, we'll get the correct item to you right away. Start a return through the portal and include a photo of what you received.

What Doesn't Qualify

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale and promotional items — all sale purchases are final sale

Shipping on Returns

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item? We cover return shipping.
  • Exchange or store credit for any other reason? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How It Works

  1. Start your return — Visit our Returns Portal and log in with your order number and email.
  2. Select your items — Choose the item(s) you'd like to exchange or return for store credit, and tell us the reason.
  3. Ship it back — Follow the instructions provided. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your exchange or issue store credit.
